Failed a safety test Listed at £45 Listed on public Which? Don't Buy page (https://www.which.co.uk/reviews/child-car-seats/article/which-dont-buy-child-car-seats-adDS07f6KrWI); numeric score is members-only. Public safety alert: This child car seat has passed the regulatory tests required by ECE R129/i-Size to be sold as suitable for children from 100cm to 150cm, which is from four to 12 years old. But in our own tests, which are conducted at higher speeds and forces than the standard requires, we identified issues during the side impact crash test. The head of the crash test dummy hit the inside of the test car. Plus, the dummy readings, which are recordings of the forces imparted during a crash test were high, and also quite high during a front impact crash. Due to this, the score was limited so that it became a Don’t Buy, and any child car seat that is a Don’t Buy due to poor safety ratings automatically becomes ... joint_program round inferred from first-review month.
