Public safety alert: This child car seat has passed the regulatory tests required for UN ECE Reg 129, and in our crash tests, which go beyond the legal requirements, it performs well and is a very safe seat. However, the seat is very difficult to install and there's a danger of installing it incorrectly which, along with other drawbacks, means that its score falls low enough to be a Don't Buy. joint_program round inferred from first-review month.
